The secret of all our products is in the finest, freshest ingredients, sourced in Cornwall wherever possible and avoiding preservatives and artificial additives. Our products are packed full of natural ingredients and flavours, and we never compromise on quality.
We place huge emphasis on provenance. We are passionate about where our ingredients come from. So, for example, our potatoes come from third generation farmer Tom Mitchell in Liskeard and all our swede comes from Trevor and Sue Goldsworthy. The farm is in Hayle, which is known by the locals as the golden triangle due to the sun and rain balance which makes it the perfect location for growing swede. Using local suppliers also allows us to minimise food miles and reduce our environmental impact - something that is very close to our hearts.
Our range includes premium pasties, savoury slices and sausage rolls that can be bought frozen for bake-off or baked and chilled. Either way they will emerge from the oven with the perfect look and aroma of ‘homemade'.
We are just launching our wrapped and chilled range of pasties and they are ideal for picnics, in the lunchbox and if you want to grab something to eat on the go. Found in the chiller cabinet, these pasties make a really tasty lunchtime treat.
