Our entry stood out among many impressive submissions, and we’re proud to be named a finalist alongside three other leading UK organisations.
This recognition reflects the hard work, innovation, and commitment our team shows every day in supporting our people. We entered because we believe our people‑first HR and Wellbeing approach has improved colleagues’ working lives, strengthened relationships, and helped build a culture where our colleagues feel seen, supported, and valued.
